Doory provides custom web development, website hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any malware, spam, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Payment Terms

Services include a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly hosting fees, billed in advance. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our Service Level Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
