1. Purpose
This policy protects customers, providers, visitors, and the operation of services managed by Jeff Kershner d/b/a Doory.
2. Lawful and authorized use
Services may not be used to violate law, court orders, contractual rights, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or provider terms. Customers must have rights to the content and data they ask Doory to publish or process.
3. Harmful activity
Prohibited activity should include malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized access, security scanning without permission, denial-of-service activity, botnets, evasion of access controls, and distribution of harmful code. Exact language and reporting duties require counsel.
4. Messaging and forms
Customers may not use managed forms, email, or integrations for spam, deceptive messaging, unlawful lists, or communications that violate consent and opt-out requirements. Sending providers impose additional policies.
5. Content boundaries
Illegal, infringing, exploitative, fraudulent, or privacy-violating content is prohibited. Counsel should define any additional content categories, review standards, notice handling, and legally required preservation.
6. Shared and third-party resources
Customers must not use services in a way that materially interferes with other users or violates Cloudflare, Upmind, registrar, Google, Resend, analytics, or other connected-provider policies.
7. Investigation and response
Doory may investigate credible reports, request information, limit access, suspend affected services, preserve required information, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities. Emergency, notice, cure, appeal, and termination rules require legal review.

Report suspected abuse to hello@doory.net. Do not send sensitive evidence through the public contact form.
