Refund Policy

This policy states Doory’s current billing practice. Professional legal review is still required before it is final.

Effective date: July 19, 2026

1. Policy status

Current rule: Completed work, the billing period in progress, and domain, license, and other third-party fees are non-refundable; unused full months of prepaid service are refunded on a prorated basis. A signed proposal or order may contain service-specific terms.

2. Setup and project work

Discovery, strategy, design, migration, configuration, content, and development consume working time. Counsel and the owner must define deposits, milestones, cancellation effects, rejected work, and any non-refundable amounts.

3. Recurring managed services

Managed services bill monthly. Cancellation follows the 30-day written-notice rule in theTerms of Service: the billing period in progress is not refunded, and unused full months of prepaid service are refunded on a prorated basis.

4. Domains

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, premium, redemption, restore, registry, and privacy-related fees may be immediate, non-refundable, or governed by the registrar and registry. A mistaken order may not be reversible. The final domain agreement and Upmind checkout control.

5. Licenses and third-party charges

Google Workspace licenses, software subscriptions, transactional services, taxes, and vendor fees follow provider terms and may not be refundable by Doory.

6. Billing errors

Customers should report suspected duplicate or incorrect charges promptly through the Client Portal. Investigation, correction, dispute, and chargeback procedures await professional legal review.
