1. System of record
Upmind at my.doory.net is the customer account, order, billing, renewal, invoice, domain-management, and support-ticket system. Connected registrars and registries are authoritative for availability, premium status, eligibility, registration, transfer, renewal, and lifecycle actions.
2. Availability and orders
Search results are not reservations or guarantees. Availability can change before completion. Premium classification, registry restrictions, unsupported endings, eligibility, tax, and provider errors can change or prevent an order.
3. Registrant information
Customers must provide accurate, current required registration information and respond to verification requests. False or outdated data can lead to suspension or cancellation under provider rules. Exact validation and disclosure duties require registrar review.
4. Pricing and payment
Registration, renewal, transfer, premium, redemption, restoration, privacy, and registry prices can differ. Promotions may apply only to initial periods. The Upmind checkout and renewal notice control the transaction amount.
5. Privacy and public data
Privacy or redaction is not available for every TLD or registrant. Public registration data, lawful disclosure, proxy services, and requests follow registry, registrar, legal, and provider policy.
6. Transfers
Transfers may require eligibility, unlocking, authorization codes, contact approval, waiting periods, and supported registrar/TLD status. Timing and added renewal terms vary. Doory does not guarantee completion by a particular date.
7. Renewal and expiration
Customers remain responsible for payment and current account details even when automatic renewal is enabled. Grace, redemption, auction, deletion, restoration, and reacquisition rules vary. Loss after expiration may be irreversible.
8. DNS and nameservers
DNS changes can affect websites, email, security verification, and other services. Customers must authorize changes and provide accurate dependencies. Doory’s administration scope does not eliminate provider caching or third-party effects.
9. Account security and ownership
Customers should use business-controlled accounts, MFA where supported, secure recovery information, and prompt access changes. Administrative access granted to Doory does not transfer ownership unless an explicit written agreement says so.
10. Disputes and policies
Trademark, registrant, transfer, abuse, suspension, and domain disputes may be governed by registrar, registry, ICANN, court, or other mandatory policies. Contract incorporation and links require registrar and counsel confirmation.

Use the Client Portal for domain account and support requests.Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, and related registry charges are processed through Upmind and the connected registrar under their terms; these charges are generally immediate and non-refundable once submitted, and a completed registration cannot be reversed by Doory.
