1. Parties and acceptance
These terms are an agreement between the customer and Jeff Kershner d/b/a Doory. The acceptance method requires confirmation.
2. Services and scope
Doory may provide managed websites, domain and DNS assistance, Google Workspace administration, migrations, monitoring, content work, forms, integrations, and technical guidance. Only a signed proposal, order, or service schedule creates a service commitment. Public descriptions are not a promise that every feature fits every project.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide lawful content, timely decisions, accurate account information, authorized access, secure devices, and appropriate rights to materials. Customers should maintain ownership and recovery access for core accounts and promptly report staffing, security, billing, or provider changes affecting the services.
4. Fees and third-party costs
Starting prices are not final quotes. Setup, project, additional-work, domain, Workspace license, registrar, software, tax, premium-name, redemption, and third-party fees may apply. Payment schedule, late fees, renewal, price changes, and taxes await professional legal review.
5. Included work and changes
Monthly working time is finite. Major redesigns, projects, migrations, complex applications, and work outside scope require a change order or separate quote. No open-ended support, edit, website, or resource entitlement is offered.
6. Business hours and response
Support requests are handled Monday through Friday during business hours, US Pacific time; requests outside those hours are addressed as availability permits. No 24/7, emergency, uptime, performance, ranking, or response-time guarantee is published unless an executed agreement states exact terms and remedies.
7. Customer ownership and licenses
Customers retain ownership of their domain, business data, core accounts, and customer-provided content, subject to provider terms and payment status. Source code, reusable platform components, third-party materials, tools, and licenses require specific contract language. A handoff may require export, credential, transition, and outstanding-payment steps.
8. Third-party services
Cloudflare, Upmind, registrars, Google, Resend, analytics, content systems, and other vendors operate under their own terms. Doory can configure or coordinate contracted integrations but does not control third-party availability, policies, pricing, eligibility, data, or changes.
9. Domains
Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, privacy, redemption, premium pricing, eligibility, and disputes follow the domain agreement, registry, registrar, ICANN where applicable, and Upmind order terms. Search results are not reservations.
10. Acceptable use and suspension
Customers must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Suspension and termination grounds, notice, cure, preservation, and legal process require professional review.
11. Cancellation, refunds, and transition
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice to hello@doory.net or through the Client Portal; service and billing end after the notice period, and any active 12-month commitment (such as a reduced-price build offer) continues until its term ends. Completed work, the billing period in progress, and domain, license, and other third-party fees are non-refundable; unused full months of prepaid service are refunded on a prorated basis. See the Refund Policy. Domain and third-party charges may be irreversible or subject to provider rules.
12. Warranty and liability
Warranty disclaimers, indemnity, liability caps, excluded damages, data-loss treatment, force majeure, and remedies must be drafted for the actual jurisdiction and insurance position. This site does not insert an invented liability clause.
13. Disputes and governing law
Governing jurisdiction: Arizona, United States. Venue, informal resolution, arbitration or court terms, and class-action language require counsel.
